THE HAGUE, 24-25 SEPTEMBER 2015 REPORT Some 80 delegates from over 30 countries attended the 11th International PLR Conference in The Hague last month. The conference was open to representatives of countries with well-established PLR systems, and to nations where authors’ organisations are campaigning for PLR to be set up.
