The SCOPING STUDY ON PUBLIC LENDING RIGHT, prepared by Sabine Richly, MBA, LL.M, was presented and discussed at the the Forty-Fifth Session of the Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights (SCCR 45) in Geneva, April 15 to 19, 2024.

Over 60 participants have gathered for the 2023 PLR International Conference on 12-14 September in Brussels, Belgium. 

We were excited to take part in what was an extremely productive discussion on Public Lending Rights and recent developments around the world.
