European Visual Artists (EVA) represents the interests of 31 collective management organisations for visual arts, who manage the authors’ rights of close to 170 000 photographers, street artists, designers, and many other visual artists.  EVA has been active for almost 30 years and is a recognised stakeholder in the authors’ community, the EU institutions, at WIPO and in other political arenas, where it advocates for fair remuneration for any exploitation and use of the works of visual authors, as well as for accessibility and legal certainty for the users of these works.
